What ever your computer service needs are, I'm ready to take care of them. Unlike the impersonal big box stores, I'm a one-man operation, home grown right here on Cape Cod. Think of me as your company's private IT department and trusted technician.
I offer in-office service as well as free pick-up service and delivery. If I can correct your issue right then and there, I will! All of your questions will be answered in courteous, plain English. No issues is too big (like designing a wireless network with multiple computers) or too small (like printing digital photos).
Computers are helpful ... except when they aren't. Let me worry about the headache while you conduct business.
For business
I spent six years as the IT Director for a national company with a program in Chatham. In that time, I managed more than one hundred machines and users, including file servers, backup servers, workstation machines and software like Word, Excel and Filemaker Pro.
Help desk support, software installation and training plus physical computer repairs are skills I have in spades. I understand the technical needs of local business owners, and am eager to share my skills and experience with you.
Free one-hour consultation
I offer free in-office consultation, up to one hour. During that time, we’ll get to know each other while you explain your concern. I’ll make an assessment and if I can’t fix the issue then and there, I’ll take your machine to my workshop.
I offer all of the following services. My rate is $60/hr. with a $35 diagnostic fee (the diagnostic fee is required as work begins and will be applied to the first hour of labor) for repairs, upgrades and software installations.
Pickup and delivery (free!)
Gas prices are high and your time is even more precious. I’ll drive to your location and, if need be, transport your computer safe and sound to my workshop and back again; No matter if you live in Borne or P-Town. And all of this is “off the clock!”
Software training - $150
Let me train your staff to use the software you use every day. At a minimum of 3 one-hour sessions, the fee of $150 represents a discount from my regular rate of $60/hr.
